Shortlisted candidates will be contacted through email. A computer based assessment test will be conducted, and shortlisted candidates shall be invited to take the aptitude test. Candidates who are able to pass the assessment test will be invited for the next recruitment process which will involve a pre-screening documentation with the HR department.

During the pre-interview documentation, your credentials will be checked to confirm the documents and information that was submitted during the online application. On a successful completion of the screening interview, candidates will move to the next stage of GTCO recruitment process.

Selected candidates will have to partake in a panel interview, where they will have to demonstrate their skill set and competencies. This stage of the recruitment process is to test the candidates knowledge base in the industry, and also to proof to the panel why he/she should be hired, add what value will be brought in.

A final interview will be conducted by an executive management team representative. Candidates who are successful at this stage will be offered conditional employment through a four month ELP (entry level programme). This programme involves training to build capacity and boost relevant knowledge in the industry. An applicant who is able to go through these processes successfully, will be offered full time employment after successfully completing the Entry Level Programme.
